Refunds are available only for unused subscription periods or service failures attributable to us.
Process
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase via our support email.
Exclusions
Completed analytics reports, consultancy hours, or customized solutions are non-refundable.
Payment Gateways
Refunds are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or Razorpay. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway’s policies. Aniagra BI Analytics is not responsible for delays caused by third-party processors but will provide documentation to assist Users.
Resolution
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
